From Al-Shaabi
to Mward al Toruq.

نشأت مؤسسة باتع فالح الشعبي للمقاولات في عام 1431هـ / 2010م استجابة للحاجة المتزايدة لمقاولين متخصصين في البنية التحتية في المملكة العربية السعودية. ومع توسع نطاق المشاريع وتنوع القطاعات، تحولت المؤسسة إلى شركة باتع فالح الشعبي للمقاولات، ثم أعيدت هيكلتها رسميا في عام 1445هـ / 2024م لتصبح شركة موارد الطرق للمقاولات (ذات مسؤولية محدودة) — في خطوة استراتيجية تهدف إلى توسيع نطاق المشاريع وتحقيق حوكمة أفضل للشركة.

على مدار أكثر من 16 عاما، وقعنا على مشاريع لوزارة الدفاع، هيئة الطيران المدني، وزارة النقل، أمانات الدمام والمدينة، ودخلنا في ائتلافات مع كبار المقاولين الإقليميين والدوليين — من TAV وYenigün إلى Al-Arrab وPerini.

اليوم، نضع استراتيجية متكاملة تشمل كافة أنشطة قطاع البنية التحتية والمرافق التكميلية، بما يتناسب مع التوسع العمراني والنمو السكاني للمملكة، ويتماشى مع طموحات رؤية ٢٠٣٠.

Bateh Faleh Al-Shaabi Establishment was founded in 1431H / 2010 to serve the rising demand for specialized infrastructure contractors across Saudi Arabia. As scope grew and sectors diversified, the establishment converted into Bateh Faleh Al-Shaabi Contracting Company, and was officially restructured in 1445H / 2024 as Mward al Toruq Contracting LLC — a strategic move to expand project scope and strengthen corporate governance.

Over more than 16 years, we've signed work for the Ministry of Defense, the Civil Aviation Authority, the Ministry of Transport, and the municipalities of Dammam and Madinah — and entered joint ventures with leading regional and international contractors, including TAV, Yenigün, Al-Arrab, and Perini.

Today we operate an integrated strategy spanning every activity of the infrastructure sector and its supporting facilities — calibrated to the Kingdom's urban growth and aligned with the ambitions of Vision 2030.
